What’s Cookin’ at Grissom?
The Grissom Dining Facility is a newly renovated eatery conveniently located within a short walking distance from the dormitories. To accommodate your busy schedule, Grissom is open at the most convenient hours morning, noon, and night serving well-rounded, wholesome meals made to satisfy every appetite.
Spacious with a warm and inviting atmosphere, Grissom offers ample space for your dining pleasure, with different eating areas sectioned off into comfortable, intimate settings. While you eat, watch sports, news, or another favorite show on one of six televisions. Grissom has three 40”, two 29”, and one 60” television.

First Friday of Every Month
The Grissom Dining Facility invites family members of the deployed to dine at Grissom. This is a great way to feel connected to the command and meet other families with deployed members. Prices vary, so please call and ask about our menu selections.
Quarterly Birthday Meal
Celebrants must be dorm airmen. Airmen are permitted to bring a guest; however, the guest must be an ID card holder. If the guest is not a dorm resident, then the guest must pay cash.
