What’s Cookin’ at Grissom?
The Grissom Dining Facility is a recently renovated eatery conveniently located within a short walking distance from the dormitories. To accommodate your busy schedule, Grissom is open at the most convenient hours morning, noon, and night serving well-rounded, wholesome meals made to satisfy every appetite.
Spacious and with a warm and inviting atmosphere, Grissom offers ample space for your dining pleasure. Seating areas are sectioned into comfortable groupings.. While you eat, watch sports, news, or another favorite show on one of six televisions. Grissom has three 40”, two 29”, and one 60” television.
Grissom Dining Facility, winner of the 2004 National Restaurant Association’s Certificate of Excellence, proudly
serves the airmen, sailors, soldiers, and marines who serve at Misawa Air Base.
 Internet Café
The Grissom Dining Facility now provides free Wi- Fi during meal hours. Don't have a laptop? You're welcome to use one of our complimentary computers during meal hours. Have a great meal and then hang out while you check your email, work on a report, or catch up with friends and current events.
 Quarterly Birthday Meal
Celebrants must be dorm airmen. Airmen are permitted to bring a guest; however, the guest must be an ID card holder. If the guest is not a dorm resident, then the guest must pay cash.

During the Falcon Feeder's renovations, the Grissom Dining Facility will be providing the Hot Meals and Groud Support Meal. Please click the image below for the Monthly Menu.
Hot Meal Service
For Hot Meal Service, complete Form 812 and e-mail it to the 35 FSS Food Service Org Box within 24 hours of desired meal pick-up time. Your Designated Unit
Representative is responsible for meal pick-up.
Ground Support Meal Service (Box Meals)
For Ground Support Meal Service, complete the Flight Kitchen Order Form and e-mail it to the 35 FSS Food Service Org Box within 2 hours of desired meal pick-up time. As with the Hot Meal Service, your Designated Unit Representative is responsible for meal pick-up.
All meal options are one option per customer per meal period. Each unit/section must designate a representative to pick-up meal orders (sorry, no deliveries).
Menus will be from the Air Force 14-Day cuclic menu and are subject to change without notice. Please call our automated menu line at 226-5723 for daily menus.
