Amenities:
    Each of our comfortable rooms has a kitchenette which includes an oven, stove, pots, pans, plates and other necessary utensils. Each room is also equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, television with VHS / DVD player, and coffee maker (complimentary coffee is provided in each TLF room for the first night of your stay).
    As an added convenience and entertainment option, MSN-TV is available free of charge in every room, providing our guests with high-speed Internet service interfaced with their televisions.
    There is an elevator in the lobby, and we provide luggage trolleys to make checking in and out easier. For added convenience, there is an ATM available off the lobby.
    Business centers are located in buildings 669 and 662.

Misawa Inn continues to renovate and
improve quarters for our guests at Misawa.

Building 664 is undergoing an $824,000 Asian-themed renovation. The renovation includes new furniture, carpeting, wallpaper, artwork, and televisions! These improvements were implemented from valuable suggestions and inputs from past and current customers at Misawa Inn.

The renovations mean more great news! There will be a future NAF sale of the items being replaced. The sale will include: living room and bedroom sets, artwork,
televisions, bedspreads, and much more!

It’s not too early to begin making reservations for family members traveling to Japan to visit this Holiday season. In accordance with the new Lodging AFI guidelines, Lodging can accept reservations up to 120 days in advance,
subject to availability, for Space Available
guests. Now is the perfect time to begin coordinating arrangements for family
members and friends.

Check-In / Check-Out:
    Check-In time is 2 pm. Check-Out time is Noon.

Payment Policy:
    Guests must provide a valid credit card upon
check-in to guarantee their room.
    Payment by credit card, cash or check will be made every 15 days during your stay.

Smoking Policy:
    Smoking is not permitted in any Lodging room.  Designated smoking areas are clearly marked outside the facilities. Guests found in violation of this policy will be assessed a cleaning fee and asked to vacate quarters immediately. Non-Availability will not be issued under this circumstance and hotel costs will be at the guest's expense.

Pet Policy:
    Pets are not allowed in our facility. An on-base kennel is available within walking distance from your room. Guests may contact them at 222-6350 to request prices and make arrangements for their pets.

PCS:
    Persons in PCS-In status are authorized 30 days in Temporary Lodging. Those who are PCS-out status are limited to five days in Temporary Lodging. You may request extensions at the front desk. Extensions are granted based on availability.

Permissive TDY:
    Persons in Permissive TDY status are authorized ten days. Please present a copy of orders or leave form at check-in.
Space Available and Non Availability Policies

Space Available Policy:
    Space "A" personnel can make a reservation up to 30 days in advance based on availability and projected occupancy. When projected occupancy is 86% or greater, reservations may be made up to three days in advance; when 85% or less, up to seven days in advance; 80% or less, up to two weeks in advance; when 65% or less, up to 30 days in advance.
    Space available reservations can be guaranteed for a 72 hour (three day) stay depending upon availability of rooms. Advance payment or a credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Non-Availability Policy:
    Non Availability numbers are only issued to authorized travelers when all Lodging rooms are fully booked. A Non Availability number allows the TDY traveler to find a hotel of his or her choice on the economy that does not exceed the authorized per diem rates allowed for this area. Travelers will refer to this number when filing their travel vouchers in order to be reimbursed.
