Event Promotion Guidelines

The 35FSS.com Web site is provided as a public service by 35th Force Support Squadron Marketing and Publicity, Misawa Air Base, Japan. Marketing will promote community events for non-FSS facilities and private organizations
at our discretion.

To submit your event for consideration, complete a work order (download here) with the date, contact information, and all details to Misawa Marketing.

Prior to submitting your event information, please review our Security Policy & Hyperlink Disclaimer and the list
of basic requirements below.

To have non-Force Support events considered for inclusion on 35FSS.com, all submissions must meet a few
basic requirements:

 
•
 Functions must be free and / or not-for-profit.
•
 Events must be available to all residents of Misawa Air Base.
•
 Promotional materials must be appropriate for all ages.
•
 Private orgs must be registered on base.
•
 Submissions must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to give us sufficient time to review the materials and put the information on the Web site.
