Participants will walk or run on a treadmill, track or nature trail and log their miles at the Potter Fitness Center front desk. For every milestone (city) reached they will receive a prize!

This challenge is to incentivize the improvement of oneself through a healthy lifestyle change inside and out. The winners will be chosen based on the greatest percentage of muscle gain. Top 2 males & top 2 females will be awarded from the Individual Category, and top 2 from the Team Category will be awarded as well. Teams consist of four people.
Open to anyone with base access | Ages 18+
Initial Weigh-In: Monday, April 4–Friday, April 8
Final Weigh-In: Monday, June 27–Friday, July 1
In-Body initial and final weigh-ins will be available from 8:30–11:30 a.m. in the Annex Gym.
*If unable to make it for weigh-ins on April 4 and June 27, schedule an appointment HERE.
