This is a 15-week challenge to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The winners will be based on the greatest percentage of weight loss (pounds lost divided by starting weight, then multiply sum by 100). Sign up in advance at the Potter Fitness Center Monday, Jan. 13–Friday, Jan. 17.
