Lottery winners will be announced on Friday, Nov. 16 and contestants will be notified if they are selected to participate.

This competition will consist of three rounds of speed wrapping, wreath and gingerbread house making. Each round will be scored by selected judges and prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners of the competition. The competition will take place at the Winter Extravaganza on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 3:30 p.m.
