AVAILABILITY: Rental is FREE, but is only available for FSS Flights and official FSS events only, organized by an FSS activity. For safety, the primary audience and usage should be for adults 18+, NOT for children as there is potential for injury. (Please display proper signage to inform customers). Max Capacity/Weight: 850 lbs. NO rough activity/movements on the platform, ie.: No jumping, no rough housing, no hanging or climbing on equipment, no food, no drinks (please display proper signage to inform customers). BEFORE EVENT: Must report to a mandatory setup and tear down demo. The Marketing & Publicity Office is not responsible for transporting the equipment to / from an event. Your vehicle must be able to fit the equipment in its case (5'x5'). Must establish a 2 foot clearing around the entire 360 platform, please plan accordingly. DURING EVENT: Platform must be manned by an FSS event staff member at all times to enforce the above terms of use. Please display proper signage to assist in informing customers of usage. AFTER EVENT: Equipment must be returned in the same condition and state of cleanliness as received. DAMAGE AND LOSS: There will be a $150 fee if there are any damages or loss of remote equipment.
