What is Disc Golf?

Disc golf was designed for players from all walks of life. Disc golf courses are often in public parks, open year-round and FREE to play on in all weather. It follows the rules of traditional golf, where players strive to complete each hole in the least number of strokes possible. However, instead of using a ball and clubs, players throw discs, much like Frisbees® but smaller and designed to fly with more precision for the sport. The sport truly is loved by many. Try it out for yourself! Check out the 18-hole disc golf course, located near The Lodge. This is the northernmost permanent course in Japan and it’s right here on base!
