RULES
1. The BOGO item must be identical to the purchased item (i.e., two collars or two leashes, you cannot get one collar and one leash).
2. The BOGO item must be the same brand.
3. The BOGO item must be equal to or less than the purchased item in cost.
4. No refunds or exchanges are allowed except for manufacturer defects.
