The Overstreet Memorial Library held a Bookmark Design Contest centering on the theme that Libraries=Strong Communities. The library brings all ages together on Misawa Air Base through the shared love of literature and a quest for knowledge that truly strengthens our community.  Congratulations to the Bookmark Design Contest winners. The first place winners’ bookmarks will be available in the library to take home during National Library Week. We hope to inspire you to pick up a good book and keep on learning!
